Rental Policy

1. First month, last month and security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent required at move in. NO EXCEPTIONS

2. Pet fee required if pets are allowed at the property.

3. Utilities are Tenant’s responsibility unless otherwise noted.

4. No subleasing.

5. We do not show rentals until 30 days before the end of the Lease- Tenants are always given the first right to extend their lease before we market and show.
